A local organization is joining with a Mercer County zoo later this week to help with Animal Enrichment Programs.
Residents of Lowrie Place will receive a visit from representatives of Keystone Safari at their Stirling Village location in Meridian Wednesday afternoon.
They are also bringing a baby kangaroo, or joey, to visit with the residents.
Residents have been painting tissue boxes to help encourage animals at Keystone Safari to work their brains.
