There were 144 new cases of COVID-19 for Butler County on Thursday.
That comes with 148 negative tests, giving the Department of Health’s daily report a 49.2 percent positivity rate.
There were no new deaths for the county today according to the DOH.
Statewide, there were 11,406 new cases of COVID-19—the most ever recorded in a single day. The state also now has more than 5,000 patients being treated for COVID-19 in hospitals—over 1,000 are in the ICU.
The DOH also reported an additional 187 deaths and around 20,000 negative tests.
