The downtown Saxonburg area is home to unique shops and restaurants, including the Hotel Saxonburg.
However, there used to be a number of hotels in Saxonburg during the early days of the town. That will be the focus of an event tomorrow night at the South Butler Community Library.
The historical seminar will be hosted by Fred Caesar, who is the curator at the Saxonburg Museum, and he’ll share photos and details about the hotel industry from years ago.
The event is free and begins at 6:30 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
