The Butler high school boys cross country team won the McDowell Invitational Saturday. The Golden Tornado girls took second place. Butler junior runner Brandon Eicher shattered the course record by almost eight seconds. The record had stood for 51 years. The Golden Tornado boys swept the top three spots. Zari Golojuh was fifth overall to lead the Butler girls. Macie McLister was seventh.
