A couple of seniors in the Moniteau School District are receiving significant scholarships to pursue careers in manufacturing.
Zetta Stroup and Zane Rott were awarded $20,000 Industrial Maintenance scholarships from the ELLWOOD organization.
Stroup will pursue Electrical Technology at the New Castle School of Trades while Rott has chosen Electrical Engineering at Slippery Rock University.
First introduced five years ago, the ELLWOOD Industrial Maintenance Scholarship is part of an ongoing commitment to building strong connections with local schools while supporting the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
