A West Sunbury man is facing charges after firing a gun in a Marion Township home with a child in the home.
The incident happened on May 18 on the 100 block of Patton Road.
According to charging documents, the victim and 42-year-old Christopher Ray were arguing, which led Ray to take out a gun and threaten to use it on himself in front of the victim.
Ray then fired the gun into a wall, sending a bullet out of the home. A PFA was filed for the victim on June 1.
On June 18, Children Youth Services reported this incident to the Harrisville Borough Police Department who filed charges on Monday.
Ray has been charged with endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, and criminal mischief.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for August 25.
