A new housing development will be coming to Cranberry Township.
Supervisors approved Robin Run, which will be located near Freshcorn and Glen Rape Roads. The development will have 37 single-family units.
Township supervisors also approved a revision to the proposed Henry Farm development, which will build 114 homes near Powell and Rochester Roads.
There was no timeline immediately available on when the plans will be completed.
