A Butler woman accused of breaking into a cigar shop in nearly two years will have to pay nearly $20,000 back to three businesses along with other fees.
Police say 29-year-old Victoria Conley broke into the Quick Stop Marathon on Main Street in Butler last November; then 10 days later, she broke into Tobacco for Less on back to back nights.
On Thursday after pleading guilty to burglary and conspiracy burglary in four different cases Conley was sentenced to 1 to 23 months in prison but was paroled at sentencing and will now serve 36 months on parole.
She will also have to complete 10 hours of community service and pay $18,554 in fines, fees, restitution, and cost of prosecution.
29-year-old Jacob McCall who is accused of taking part in the break-in’s is also scheduled to plead guilty but a sentencing date has not been scheduled.
