The Supreme Court has denied a motion to extend the skill games enforcement deadline.
After filing the appeal late last week to extend the skill games enforcement deadline by 120-days the State Supreme Court denied the motion. Skill games enforcement will begin later this week in Pennsylvania.
The legislator left Harrisburg late last week and will not return until after the deadline has passed.
State Police and the Gaming Commission will begin enforcing penalties for having the machines out at any business on Wednesday.
