A bicyclist was sent to the hospital after a hit and run in the City of Butler this weekend.
The incident happened Saturday around 6:30 p.m. on the 300 block of North Main Street near Butler Beer and Tobacco.
Details on the accident aren’t clear but the bicyclist complained of back pain and was having breathing problems.
They were taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.
The driver in the accident fled the scene before police arrived on scene.
