Stanley Cup Playoffs:
–The Colorado Avalanche defeated the Edmonton Oilers 4-0 last night to take a 2-0 lead in their Stanley Cup Western Conference Final Series.
–The New York Rangers host the Tampa Bay Lightning tonight for Game 2 of their Eastern Conference Final. The Rangers won Game 1 6-2.
NBA Playoffs:
–The Boston Celtics took Game 1 of the NBA Final with a 120-108 victory over the Golden State Warriors. The Celtics hit seven three-point shots in the fourth quarter alone to take control of the game. Boston outscored Golden State 40-16 in the final quarter. It was the most lopsided fourth quarter in NBA Finals history.
