The visiting Pittsburgh Pirates fell to the Tampa Bay Rays on Saturday, the final 6-5.
The Buccos held a 5-3 lead going into the 8th inning on Saturday. Leadings the Bucs offensively were Bligh Madris (three hits, one run) and Jack Suwinski (three run homer). The Pittsburgh pitching staff totaled 11 combined strikeouts in Saturday’s loss.
