The Pittsburgh Steelers lost 31-17 to the Seattle Seahawks in their home opener Sunday at Acrisure Stadium. After kicking a field goal to take a 17-14 lead in the fourth quarter, the Seahawks recovered the ensuing kick-off in the end zone for a touchdown. Rookie Kaleb Johnson attempted to field the kick, and thought the ball was travelling out of bounds, and walked off the field. The Steelers managed a field goal on their next series, but Seattle capped the game with a touchdown on their next drive.
The 1-1 Steelers travel to New England this Sunday. The Patriots earned their first victory of the season with a 33-27 win over Miami Sunday.
Monday Night Football – there are two games tonight:
–Houston will host Tampa Bay at 7pm on ABC.
–The Las Vegas Raiders host the Los Angeles Chargers at 10pm on ESPN.
