The United States will meet Venezuela tonight in the World Baseball Classic final. First pitch is 8pm. The game will be televised on FOX.
Venezuela eliminated Italy 4-2 last night in their semifinal game played in Miami.
The Pittsburgh Pirates fell 5-1 to the Minnesota Twins Monday. Pirates starting pitcher Noah Davis, a free agent who pitched for the Twins and the Los Angeles Dodgers briefly last season, allowed all five runs over four innings. Catcher Henry Davis drove in the only Pirates run.
The Bucs host Houston today in Bradenton at 1:05pm. Mitch Keller will start for the Bucs.
